Pain in and around knee joint?
ok, My question is in your opinion what is wrong with my knee? I have knee pain all the time. When I have been up a lot walking around, like going shopping or stuff like that it gets really bad. The pain itself is right under my knee cap and below it. When I walk it feels like this crunching or grinding feeling. If you put your hand on my knee and me move my knee back and forth you can actually feel it grinding. What is wrong and what can I do to help the pain or at least get some relief. Oh yeah, my knee even hurts when it is going to rain or there is cooler weather coming. DO NOT TELL ME SEE A DOCTOR. I try to avoid them as much as possible for -little insurance- reasons.
I am not over weight. I am between 100 - 105 lbs. So that's not the problem.. But I did notice that it has gotten worse since I have had my 3 children. My age is between 20-25. I shouldn't be falling appart this early.
p.s. As far as meds.go I am Breastfeeding...
I honestly don't think you have much choice here, it could be that your cartilidge has broken up and isn't working like it should, if so you really need to do something about that.
