On the handles, LOL, I remember reading that when I first purchased mine and was left wondering...
The handles are also known as the "Oh $#iT" handles that your passengers are sure to grab when you take a curve at 60 mph in your A4. The handles in our model car rest in a folded in position that lay somewhat flush with the side roof panels. After grabbing one of them and releasing it, it slowly/quietly retracts - almost like it has hydraulics or something!.. Go figure.
It's actually nice because depending on how you drive, or how much you get tempted driving your A4, you won't hear the snapping noise that other handles make without this feature when your passengers grab one to hold on for dear life!
