should i get a knee braclet?
i am an outside hitter coming from middle, and i have a problem with my knee like it is hurting everytime i jump and after i play, i klnow what it is called but the doctor doesnt know if he wants me to wear a braclet or to keep it how it is. and it has like a weird name. so like what should i do?? and i have tried to out icy hot and things like that, but it just comes back. i think it is called like athletics knee.
