Covering a really bad burn?

So, long story short, I have a very deep, ugly, circular burn on my 'bicep' region. I like to wear dresses in the spring, so any ideas of how I can cover it with homemade jewelry (T-shirts cut, etc.)? Right now I'm using those cotton wrist bands. I'm not sure if that would look okay in the summer though...

And, I already have Dermablend, the scar is raised so it looks weird.

My camera's out of state and my phone doesn't pick it up well. It's a dark red and it's circular like ring worm - that's why I want to hide it. If it were straight I wouldn't mind it.
I should also mention, this is a self inflicted burn. I heated up the circular part of a small pair of metal scissors (with a lighter as if I were cooking dope in a spoon) and laid it on my arm.

Have to be honest as a guy I like to see scars, it means you went out and did something. Be proud of who you are and don't worry about trying to hide it. If people judge you based on a burn then they aren't worth talking to in the first place. And if you have to hide it the way your doing it is probably the best way good luck
