BE or Black Edition is usually an overclocked version of the processor thats one step lower, its pointless getting that as you can buy the lesser clocked version and overclock it to that specification.
and you wont really find much different from 2gb dual channel to 4gb single channel, but technically 2gb dual channel would be TECHNICALLY faster, but you cant notice those unless you benchmark, i'd recommend a single 4gb, so in future you have more space on your motherboard to upgrade.
