Is a suppoes to place our legs on the Doctor GYN health check tables barefoot? ?

So i've got a Dr. appointment today and I am pursuing work, and putting on strappy heels. I didn't remember to create socks beside me, when i usually do for any Doctor GYN appointment because I am a bit iffy about putting my bare ft around the "ft holders". Could it be okay that i can put on my heels when getting examed? I'd feel totally odd however again, i'd feel yucky to place my ft available online for without anything on. HELP!

I am sure your gyn's nurse provides a few sterile prep towels that you could place to the footholders. Sure sounds much better than hi-heels in my experience.
