Title says it all.
okay ... can you spell it out please.

1000 = Alf ألف
1000 acre = 1000 فدان Faddan

foot = قدم Qadam
feet = أقدام Aqdam

We say: 1000 Qadam ( = 1000 foot) but 5 Aqdam ( = 5 feet). It's just a grammar rule in Arabic.
