Do foot orthotics really work?
I've been wearing them now for 6 months but I'm still in discomfort. It started off with achilles heel strain and arch pain on one foot and now since the orthotics I get pain in the other foot too, especially when I change into flat shoes or slippers at night. Have my arches been weakened by the orthotics? What is the point? Do orthotics not cure you?
Please help. I've lost all faith in my physio and chiropractor.

Orthotics really do work, i think you should give them a little more time to work, ice your foot every once in a while, Also you should try not doing the flat shoes, and not going to bed with your slippers on.
Try this and if it doen't work go to a diffrent doctor get recomendatons, from the computer or even friends and family
