I am writing a persuasive essay (5 - 7 pages) on why the government should provide hearing assistance to hearing impaired people.

what kind of assistance--there are all sorts of programs--interpreters for govt business....
do you mean hearing aids...hearing aids and glasses should be covered by insurance just as a foot brace is to help a person walk....
