Stair Lifts

For independent living we offer straight stair lifts and curved stair lifts. Full site surveys made under no obligation and stair lifts are fitted and maintained by our own in-house fully qualified engineers. Stair lifts are available to fit all size and shaped staircases. For a shorter term requirement stair lifts are available to hire for a minimum of a month.

Lightweight wheelchairs are available in many variations to suit user requirements from off the shelf versions including the lightweight Karma Ergo Lite at under 8kg to prescription made to measure chairs from respected manufacturer’s including Invacare Kuschall and Sunrise Medical Quickie ranges. Lightweight wheelchairs are usually produced in aluminium but for an even more lightweight wheelchair titanium is also available.

Riser Recliners

Solent Mobility has a wide range of riser recliners available in our large showroom and caters for all sizes and tastes. Riser recliners have either single or dual motors and come in a wide choice of fabrics or leather. All riser recliners are available with matching
fixed chairs and two or three seater settees. Suites including riser recliners are available for the smaller home. We can offer British-made riser recliners from respected manufacturer’s Celebrity and Sherborne.

Invacare wheelchairs

As a major approved dealer in the southern region for Invacare we can, offer their full range of mobility scooters, lightweight wheelchairs and mobility aids.
