Other medical foam dressings are used for a variety of different areas. There is not a single dressing than can be used for every type of wound and every stage of the healing process.
PVA foam is perfect for helping along the healing process of open or weeping wounds. They safely absorb whatever exudes from the wounds. When the PVA dries it stiffens but does not stick to the wound. This enables the medical staff to remove the foam dressing and not reopen the wound.

How do you treat lice without the medical foam thing ?
I know that the medical shampoo thing they sell in the pharmacies are good, but my daughters hair is too thick and curly that the shampoo makes it very hard to untangle her hair and she loses a lot of hair by untangling it. Plus, one whole bottle is almost enough for one use. Is there another way ? Remedy or so ?
