help for a senior citizen?

my grandmother is 92 and needs to get to reno from orange county calif to see my uncle, her son, who is dying of cancer and she wants to see him one last time, she has not seen him since early years of 2000. so what i am needing is help with airfare, what i need to know is if there are any charities or churches or anyplace that will help me fund her trip there she can only be gone two days as she is in a medical rehab from having a pace maker installed earlier this year. and the time allowed for her to be gone is only the two days so any one knowing of any places please let me know thank you very much kimberly
