If you have early signs of Carpal tunnel syndrome is fine to wear an brace?
I bought an TruFit Splint Wrist Brace because I have early signs of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I'm overseas so it is the only brace available right now. Is it ok to wear it at school too? Im 14 going into 9th grade.

I've had carpal tunnel in both my hands, I've had to have surgery to correct it. Yes, it is perfectly fine to wear the brace, definitely wear it when you sleep, but if your hand hurts during the day you can wear it then as well. Also try vitamin B6, that is what was recommended to me by my orthopedic doctor in an attempt to help prevent surgery, you are younger then I was when I had to have surgery and I had let mine go for so long that nothing but surgery helped. The earlier you catch it and treat it the better chance you will have of not having to have surgery. Magnetic bracelets didn't help me, but you can try them, some of them are very pretty.
