Could I have a physical or health problem?
I tried out for cross-country this year in the fall and when i got in we would run and after 1 week i had to get a knee brace because i got a lateral collateral ligament sprain in left knee. I'd run lightly and then 3 week later i got the same thing in my other knee, and as days passed my original knee would hurt as well.
