full leg cast and thumb spica cast please help 10 points for best answer?

ok so about tow weeks ago now me and my friend had a really bad riding accident and as a result i broke four bones tow in my leg my wrist and my thumb so now im in a full leg cast and thumb spica cast and all i want to do is go back to work but i cant until the casts are off (im a horse riding instructor ) so how long do you think it will be until they come off and will i be put in other cast type things once they are ? i'm only 28 if that makes any difference and is there any painkillers i could take or should i ask my doctor?

Ask your doctor about the painkillers. It usually takes up to 2 months of recovery depending on the break. for yours im thinking about 3-4 months with all of the breaks in the one leg and foot. so i hope this help.
