I am thinking about getting a body toner belt (that you wear to tone and shape your body) has anyone tried them and do they really work?
The quality Bodi-Tek ones do work well at toning your abs, but they probably emit a lot of EMF into your torso, so aren't really healthy. You would only notice a difference if you have around 10% body fat level.
