west deformation axis, sets up north/west from the Twin Metropolitan areas. Translation:

Your true air speed is 106 kts, and also the wind is 325/10. When the variation is 1 degree west, what magnetic heading would you have to steer to be able to conserve a preferred true tabs on 068?
