Strange Dream?

I'd this dream not long ago however i still remember it pretty much. It had been a couple of days after our seniors neighbor Mike died and that i were built with a dream where I had been inside a large aditorium full of people most old with health issues (in electric wheelchairs, oxygen masks etc.) and everybody really was happy and Mike was making the rounds embracing everybody including myself and states bye in my experience which continues untill I awaken.

Was this just me giving myself closure/ making myself feel good (I had been youthful as he died) or was he a "spirt" type factor. I am type of sceptical.

I am not huge around the spirit factor either, I'd say:
